Utilities

Our Utilities division offers an unrivalled capability in the North West to design, inspect, construct and maintain power distribution networks up to 33kV. Our staff are trained and authorised to carry out work on underground and overhead power distribution networks.

Overhead lines

Through long term contracts with Scottishpower, Core Utilities and ICI, we provide a service on a wide range of Overhead Line networks. Principally our work is focused on wood pole Overhead Lines up to 33kV. Our Overhead Line Teams are able to support our clients with a 24Hr emergency call-out facility.

Cable jointing

Our highly skilled cable jointing teams are trained to deal with a full range of cable types, from paper insulated to the latest XLPE and triplex systems.

Inspections

We have the experience to deliver a detailed and professional solution from Low Voltage upto and including 132kV.

High-voltage construction
